Link an email to a Business Project via keyword or rule?

I often email the same contact about multiple projects. I'd like to set up a
rule or keyword so that email about Project1 gets linked to Business
Project1, Project2 gets linked to Business Project2 etc. instead of
everything getting linked to (e-mail address removed).

Can this be done? How?
