I have a Material Request List Form on an Access 2000
database where Project Managers need to pull in .csv
or .xls data from various locations on our Windows NT 4
server. Some users are not necessarily computer savvy
(nor will they likely be).

I need to programmatically automate as much as possible
with regard to the managers ability to:
(a) Choose and link to their .csv or .xls server file from
Access
(b) Have the newly linked table renamed to "Estimate" each
time they perform step(a)
(c) Ensure that a specific Linked Table Spec called
EstimateSpec is associating with the ever-
changing "Estimate" table.
