Try this:
1. Choose Theme from the Format menu.
2. In the Theme task pane, right-click your Theme and
choose Customize.
3. Select a button type in the Item dropdown list,
then click Font and set the properties you want.
4. Click OK, and then click Save.
If Save is dimmed, click Save As and save the
modified Theme under a new name. Then, apply the
modified Theme to you site.
