Link Bar help

I setup my pages in the Navigation screen and then went to Format and Shared
Borders nd set them accordingly. How the heck do I get to Link Bar Properties
options? I am totally lost!!!! The last time I did this the Link Bar
Properties came up automatically after I set the Shared Borders. I have no
idea why it doesnt do that know. Help!!!

When you apply the shared borders select the options to use navigation

Thanks for the help, I actually stumbled across it after several hours of
ranting!
I know that last time it actually opened up after I applied the border
settings. Weird?
