Link bars, Navigation

HI, I have a problem trying to get the link bar option to
work in frontpage 2002. Its never highlighted and
clickable to insert a link bar. The navigation tab is not
clickable either. And the shared borders is not clickable
either. I suppose its something easy, but if anyone can
help me I would appreicate it.

Make sure that you are opening a web (File Menu | Open Web) first, not just
a page/file.

Thanks, It worked, Can I make a custom link bar or do I
have to choose from the list?
