Link between gantt

Hello,

Is it possible to link between gantt when I don't have a read and write
permission to the other Gantt ?

No. To create a cross-project dependency between two projects, you must be
able to open both projects Read/Write. This is because the system needs to
save the information about the link in BOTH of the projects. Hope this
helps.
