link between section and page template?

I have a notebook that I have created that we are putting on our Tablet PC
image for this school year. One section in it uses a template that I have
created as the default template for new pages. I can place both the notebook
and the template in the Default User profile so that new profiles get the
notebook when they are first created. The template is available, too. However
the link between the section and that template is lost and new pages in that
section get the normal default template.

Is there a way I can set up Default User so that this link is maintained for
new users on the system?
