I am currently setting up a database for staff to monitor sites.
For each site I have a name, ID no and file no. I also have scanned in the
original survey plans. I have an inspection sheet form set up for each
individual site but I also want to set up a form with site ID details and
plan but no other data that can be printed up taken out on site by any staff
member to fill in during the visit.
I am trying to set this up so that staff can pick the site from a combo list
(this I have done). Where I am stuck is that now I want to display my scanned
picture for the file picked from the combo box. How do I get the bound box to
look for it's display data from the combo box?
Although reasonably computer literate I am teaching myself access from
scratch- no techno babble please!!!!
