It would be useful when entering information in 'Calendar' if you could tick
a box saying you will be 'out of office' with an option to customise the
message. I would imagine that most people enter they annual leave
information in their 'Calendar' and even for all day meetings this would be
useful... one less thing to configure before rushing away...
