Link combo box on custom form to odbc record source

Can anyone tell me how i would create a combo box on my custom outlook form
that would have a record source connected to an odbc SQL Table, what i need
to do is show all the job names in the sql table in a list so that the user
can just select the job that the email is being sent to

Write ADO code in the form's Item_Open event handler to connect to the database, get the recordset, and then load the records into the combo box:

rst.GetFirst
ListBox1.Column = rst.GetRows
