link data that changes each month

I have a number of sheet tabs and one of them is for data input. All the
other tabs (graphs, tables) are fed by the input tab. On the input tab each
column represents a month.

On another tab I have a table with loads of different data, monthly data
(only the current month data) from the input sheet. This table should be
updated with new numbers each month from the input tab. I am looking for a
way (formula) where I only need to add the name of the month or another
identifier to the table tab and then the table will be fed with that specific
months data from the input tab.

This is very easy if you organize the data in the input tab properly.

Always use column A for the most current month.

As time goes by, move the data to the right by inserting a new column. All
the other tabs formulas will know exactly where the most recent data is.
