link data to organization chart

I have created an Excel spreadsheet as a data source for the organization
chart. I have used the Visio organization chart wizard to create the flow
chart and it looks great. I have done some formatting (such as changing
color and size of the shapes). Now I have some data change. If I change the
data in Excel spreadsheet and re-run the wizard, I will loose the formatting.
Is there a way to keep the formatting and just run the updates?

Two more questions:
1. Can I use a "copy and paste format only" function then?
2. Can I save the options I have selected on "how much organization that I
would like to display"?
