link email address; customise buttons; read only form after submis

Hello,

I'm new to infopath and would appreciate some help!

I’m designing a Purchase Order form and I'm faced with the folloiwng
difficulties

1) I want authorised requestor to be able to fill form and pick his/her
official email address from a drop down list box. How do I do this?

2) The requestor sends the form to the budget holder to approve by
clicking a button & the budget holder approves and send off to the finance
department with another button.

a - How do I to customise each button (the various approval & submit
buttons)? Once I customise one button in the form all the others changes!

b - After the requestor submits it; I want the form to be read only whereby
the budget holder can only fill the Approval section. Any ideas?


3) I want the budget holder to be able to check for budget availability
before approval by using the Account code and department (I created a drop
down list box linked to a Microsoft Office Access database). Any Ideas?
