Link Excel "live" table from web-site to Access

I have created an excel spreadsheet which uses data from a financial
web-site. Always changing. It refreshes automatically every 60 sec. When I
try to link that data to an Access table the refresh function does not work.
Better yet, can you link to "live" web data in Access?
