link exchange outlook wizard doesn't work

I'm trying to link Outlook to Access. the Link Outlook Wizard doesn't give
me the folder options that show in the instructions. I only see Microsoft
Exhange/Microsoft Outlook, then Address Books, then NoName. When I click on
any of these I get a message that says I must select a valid folder or
address book before I can move on. In the Instructions, the wizard shows
lots of options and folders.
