link fields to input data from one form to another automatically

i have created a table with all the necessary fields which I then created two
forms, both including different data, apart from four fields which I want on
both forms. I want these four fields to be linked so when I input the data in
one form it will automatically input it in the other.

I am using windows xp and Office 2000
