Link flowchart in visio to documented procedure in word

I have a visio flow chart, and many process boxes inside and they are
numbered by add-on\number shape (e.g, process box "produce invoice" is
numbered as 1.21).

Now I want to make a operating procedure by word. By each section, it is
refering to the process box in flow chart. E.g, section 1.21 we have details
description for process "produce invoice".

My questions are:

1. I want the section number in word hyperlink with process box in visio.
Therefore when i click on process box it jump to the section in word.

2. I want the section number in word automatically updated by process box
number. Therefore when I change the process box in visio from 1.21 to 1.23,
the section number in word change from 1.21 to 1.23 automatically.

3. If the sections in word reposition themselve according to sequence of
section number, it would be perfect. Therefore when the section number change
from 1.21 to 1.23, it moves to position after 1.22.

4. When I email the file to users without visio (but they have visio
viewer), it still works.

Does the above possible?

AFAIK only if you write custom code. Hyperlinks can be aimed at book marks
within word, so the link between a shape and a point in a document is
doable. Updating a word document when a visio document changes would require
the custom code.
