Link From Excel to Acrobat PDF Bookmark?

I need to inset a hyperlink into Excel that links to a bookmark in a
PDF file. All it does now is it opens the PDF on page one. But I
will be linking to Acrobat documents that arehundreds of pages long so
I need to get Excel to link to a specific bookmark.

And this may be asking too much, but, once it goes to the PDF bookmark
is there any way to tell Acrobat it to go right back to the cell in
Excel where it originated?
