Link from Visio html export.

Hi,
I'm preparing a site which contains working instructions for a company.
Now i created the organization in Visio and exported it to HTML. From
this html site which wille be accesible for alle organization employees
i'd like to link to a external MS word File which contains the textual
working instructions. This is no problem because with visio easily can
hyperlinks be assigned to a particular shape. Only problem is that when
the link is clicked always the first page opens. I want to put all the
instructions (about 30) into 1 Word file.
And therefore link to a certain Word page from this exported html file.
For example page 20.
Is this possible and if so can someone tell me how?

the hyperlink has two fields: the first (address) is the document the second
(subaddress) is the bookmark in the word document.
