link import dat from excel spread sheet & lik to out put to excel

I am using access to collate and distibute a large amount of dat from
multiple excel sheets(aporx 3000 data inputs form 14 sheets)
How do I link the dat to access so that it automatically updates and also
whem I out put to excel can I also have this automatically updated?
