Link imported contacts to imported accounts automatically

Moving Contacts and Accounts to Business Contact Manager in Outlook 2007
Using csv files I am trying to import Contacts and establish an automatic
link to an Account. I have a key field in my old DOS system linking the
Contact(s) to the Account that I can map either to the account no field or
into new fields added to both data bases. As supprisingly for such a basic
requirement there appears to be no way of doing this with the import facility
are then any third party tools out there than can handle this. Having 4300+
Accounts and 11900+ Contacts inhibits me form looking to do this manually
