Jefferson,
Say what? Is this a question or a statement? If it is a question it
makes no sense. If it is a statement, it makes no sense.

Jefferson,
First, what version of Project are you using? If it is Project 2003, are
you using Project Server? Second, where exactly do you see this button?

I thank to the attention John.
I Use Project Server 2003 When I am visualizing the tasks of a project, for
Project Web Acess (PWA) exists a called button LINK INSSUES. This button that
desire TO CHANGE the TEXT for another name. How I make this?

Summarizing, its desire TO CHANGE the text where is written LINK INSSUES in
Project Web Access (PWA)

It would like to know if it is possible to change the text of the button

Jefferson,
OK, sorry I can't help you. I do not use Project Server or PWA so I
don't know if the text on that button can be changed by the user. You
might try posting to our sister newsgroup that deals with Server issues:
microsoft.public.project.server
