It's probably not a setting in either the browser or Outlook. It's a Windows
setting. What version of Windows? Look in Control Panel for something
related to setting program access and defaults.

Try resetting your internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options,
Advanced tab. (Or Control panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm for other steps you
can take to reassociate ie.

If you are getting the locate link browser message, see
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/firefox.htm
