There is a fix posted in the KB for this which doesn't
work. I looked around the web and found that others had
tried the fix too and also found that it didn't work.
Any ideas???
(When I try the fix, I get a dialog telling me that the
dll has been correctly registered, but the link table
manager is still empty.)
