As a result of a marketing campaign you get many contacts interested in the
subject of the campaign. Then we need to create the same opportunity for
those contacts in order to track the following actions and register
services/articles.
We can do this manually (or through a dvp like we did) but looks like a nice
improvement to make the link one op.-many contacts available to a selection
of contacts, for instance the contatcs initiated by the marketing campaign.
If BCM was originally for SFA, I guess this enhancement is on line with that.
