Link OneNote to Outlook Contact activities?--Ben Schorr?

Ben: since you're an expert in both these programs, I'm asking you this. I
am new to ON, but have been using Outlook since 97 and am pretty decent at
it. I am an extensive "journal" user for all kinds of contact
management-type stuff (phone, meetings, notes, etc.). I use OL2003 as a CRM
tool, and journal also with a Palm and PocketJournal (now defunct but still
works on my Tungsten). I am liking OneNote more and more, espcially for
meetings, etc.. It is obviously much richer than "journal". Is there any
way, now or projected, to insert some kind of contact link in OneNote so it
could open something you want related to that customer? I am hoping that
this might also be searchable in the "activities" tab, or esle possibly on
the main contact page where you can drag and drop items. Any way to link the
Outlook contact with the OneNote folder would be great, especially if it is
a link and the OneNote folder can be appended over time while retaining the
same link. I have not been able to find anything on this so far. Thanks.
BTW--I'm using OL 2003 .

Well, there isn't a lot of that yet in the present version of OneNote. Stay
tuned, though, there are a lot of exciting changes due in the next version
and maybe it will be possible to do more of that kind of integration then.

Especially considering the internal OneNote hyperlinks that Owen has blogged
about.
