Link Outlook Contacts Folder

How do I link the Contacts Folder in Outlook 2003 with an
Access Table, so that when the table changes the Contact
Folder auto-updates?

Do an external link and pick Outlook as the file type. Follow the yellow
brick road or the wizard.
