I'm developing a booking system for a client who would like to be able to
place bookings via an outlook form shared via their exchange server. They
would then like a summary of each days bookings to appear in the outlook
calendar, with the option of clicking on a particular booking in calendar
view to see its full details. Furthermore they would like to be able to
generate statistics from the bookings on a monthly or yearly basis.
I am very new to Outlook development and VBA, but I'm thinking the best
route to take here will be to link the outlook forms with an access
database, allowing statistics to be generated via access reports.
I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction as to how to proceed,
perhaps a good website or book with info on this kind of integration?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
