Link problem with frontpage 2003

How do I get my hyperlinks to open the web page on the same screen? For some
reason, every time you follow a link on our site, a new screen pops up. I
want to stop this and have everything come up on the same screen.

I thought I might have "new window" as my target frame. However I don't -
all my links have "Page default main" as my target frame choice. Yet every
link opens to a new screen. The website in question is www.bmivideo.com. I
would really appreciate the help.

Actually, all the pages load into the same window - the window named
"main".

From each and every page, remove (in code or html view)
<base target="main">
