Link Project Server 2003 to Sharepoint service

Here is the scenario:
I have w2k3 server, running Project Server 2003 with Sharepoint service
installed on the same server.
Recently the administration dept has setup a new Sharepoint service to host
all the company internal infomation.
My question is:
How do I link my project server to a different server and move all the
project documents to that server?
