Link risks among projects

I have multiple projects in my Project Server and I want to be able to link a
risk/issue from a task in project A to a task in project B. Can this be
easily be implemented?

Responses will be much appreciated. Thanks

You could put a hyper link in project A task issue/risk description to
project b task issue/risk.
