Link shape in flowchart with explanatory detail document

I would like to have a flowchart set up so that if a shape on the flowchart
is clicked, an explanatory document would pop open that would show details of
what the shape's description says. Is this possible, and what would be the
simplest way to achieve this ?
I am working in Visio Standard 2003.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

1. You can have a limited number of characters in the Screen Tip, which
shows on mouse over.
2. You can have a right mouse menu action that opens a custom dialog
3. You can have a smart tag that appears on mouse over or on select that
opens a custom dialog
4. You can have a hyperlink to an other document

Any more ?

Thanks David. I will probably go with the hyperlink to another document,
which would probably afford me the best chance to give the detailed
explanations that I want to show to viewers of the flowchart.
