Link Table Manager Blank

After converting from Access 97 to Access 2003 the Link
Table Manager is blank, but tables appear with linked
data.

I am unable to refresh or confirm the path used in the
original link.

Any idea how to restore the linkage info without manual
entry?

Try re-registering accwiz.dll (the one located in the same folder where
Access 2003 is installed).
