I am trying to use an existing application (ACCESS 2000 or
Office XP) in the new windows version "Server 2003". It
uses link tables between two MDB databases. The link
tables functionality no longer seems to work. The
documentation says you can not use link tables in an
ACCESS project but it never seems to exclude non-project
types. Is Server 2003 making an assumption about any MDB
file it opens and therefore blocking this capability? If
so is there a good work-around?
