Link Tables? Not Available!!

Hi I have a database that I created and put in a link table command that
worked up until 2 days ago. I tried reinstalling access and starting a new
DB importing the info that I have but the OK button on the link table after
selecting all the tables to reastablish a link to stays greyed out ...not
vailable...

Any thoughts or cures would be appreciated.
