to a workbook on another computer in lan ??

I don't understand what it is you are trying to do, you can have linke
workbooks, or you can store the workbook on a network drive which wil
be accessible by both computers or you can set up file sharing if ther
are just the two of you

I don't think so, i think you would have to have apage refresh that muc
for it to look like real time that you wouldn't be able to enter data i
it, besides you link one workbook to the other not link them to eac
other where data entered in both appears in both, it's normally from
"Master" to a "Slave
