link to an account or a business contact error

I am getting an error in BCM when I click on anything that links.
This is what it reads:

link to an account or a business contact error
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you
click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to
continue.
Attempted to read or write protected memory.

Thanks Milly,

I emailed MS support and they linked me to your group. I did post this same
question to the BCM group but it disappeared from there threads. Should I
repost the question?
