I built an Outlook form to use for equipment inventory tracking. I also built an Excel spreadsheet on a shared drive that includes all the codes and descriptions for each location. I included comments in the spreadsheet that list personnel in each group within each department. I need to be able to modify this information as employees move within the company or new personnel are added. This is the reason for choosing Excel instead of a drop down box.
How do I create a link to this Excel file within the Outlook form?
