Link to Existing Task

I regularly use the ³link to existing task² feature to connect incoming
e-mails to various tasks in Entourage. Unfortunately, when the list of
possible tasks comes up for me to link to, it contains all of my tasks (both
completed and not completed) in order of date entered (instead of
alphabetical). This can really slow down my productivity. Any suggestions on
how I can make the list only show non-completed task. An as a bonus, if
ideas on how to make this list alphabetized? Thanks, Jim

Try in your task list screen 'view' and then select 'incompleted
tasks'. You can also do this for your to do list.

Thanks, for the input. I had already changed the view in my normal tasks
view. What I¹m trying to figure out is how to remove the completed tasks
when I select an incoming e-mail and say ³Link to existing task² under the
³Tools² menu.
