I am new to Visio. I am currently using 2007.

Is there a way to use the Import Outlook Data Wizard to import appointments
from a public calendar rather than my personal calendar?

When using Visio 2007 and “The Input Outlook Data Wizard†you only have two
options. You can import information from your personal calendar or you can
use a selected Visio calendar. You might check the web to see if there is
some type of add-on that will import data in the manner you desire.
