Link to RealPlayer

I link to a video clip (.avi) from a slide in a Powerpoint 2000
presentation. This opens up just fine in my default player which is the
latest version of RealPlayer - but in small screen mode. Ideally I would
like it to start automatically in Full Screen (Theater) mode but cannot find
any option to permit this - any suggestions?

TIA

Because of bad experiences in the past with portability between machines -
works on my machine then won't on several others.
I cannot afford to find it will not work when I come to give the
presentation 15,000 miles away from home on a strange machine!
Secondly PPT2000 does not seem to want to insert this particular file
anyway.

Linking has worked every time for me in the past.

Really has little to do with the player being used or how it is placed on
the slide. You are much more likely to find that other PCs don't have
RealPlayer or the correct codecs installed. You might want to read the
tutorial I put together on PPT and media for a full explanation,

http://www.pfcmedia.com/Tutorial.htm

My suggestion is to convert the video files to a format that is more
universal to the Windows (and PPT) world. There are a number of products
out there that will do this including a couple I've built (PFCMedia and
PFCPro).

Been there done that, got the scars! Inserting this video as wmv just
results in a blank page.
I don't doubt your programs will do the job but even the cheapest costs more
than I paid for my copy of PPT!
