Link two forms

Good morning!
I have a form named No_Contract where I have a combo box
No_Contract with numbers. When I click to a number (for
example number4) I want to open another form named
frmPersonnel linked with first form with No_contract and
appear the records specific for no_contract( for example 4)
The ideea is: When I click a number in combobox in a
form ,to open another form and to appear the record
specific to number wich i selected(number of combobox is 6
in another form to appear record number6) How to do theat?
