Link Yahoo IM to MS Access

Is there any known way to link Yahoo IM to MS Access in such a way that
Access could report if a username is online or not? I currently have a
field 'Member ID' which contains the Screen Names of a list of Yahoo IM
users. I'd like another field to display whether that user is online or
offline at any given moment. Is this possible or no?
