linkage between word files

Hi Everyone!
Is it possible to create some kind of linkage, so that by filling "form",
created in "word2000", in document "A", will automatically fill thesame data
in the "forms" of Document "B"?
In my law office, i have to fill about three different "word 2000" created
documents for each client, each of them containing personal data like name,
adress. id no. etc. I'd like to fill it un one document, and have it written
automatically in all others.

While what you ask is possible using links and/or IncludeText fields, it
makes things much simpler of you combine the forms into one document - then
you can simply use REF fields.
