Linkbar problem

Hi, I have created a website but some of the linkbars are not working and i
need some help. if you click the linkbars when in design view they work fine,
if you try the same thing in preview they stop working. (Hovering over them
shows up the correct location) the only difference that I can find on any of
the .htm files are if you go into the directory on C:\ and look at the
properties of the files, the working pages have a warning on saying “This
file came from another computer and may be blocked to help protect this
computerâ€.
As a trial, on a page that was working with the linkbars fine, I went to the
c:\ and I clicked the “unblock†button. The page now longer works. Any ideas?
Or is there a way that I can re-apply the properties so I get the security
warnings again to prove this?

Are you actually opening a FP Web or just a page in FP

I am opening the page from within FP.

After some more digging into the problem, I have also tried the link from MS
about MS Application Compatibility. ( registry hack )

but i have had no luck with it
