Linkbar style changes to page default when I publish in Frontpage

R

Raman

My LinkBars look good in Front-page, even when I do a preview. I have
changed the Linkbar style from "page default" to "Satin".

However, when I publish the web site on my hosting service and access it
over the internet, the Linkbar hyperlinks appear in the 'page default' format.

What do I do?

Thanks & Regards,
Raman

How are you publishing the change to live/remote server?

Custom themes applied to nav bars require the hosted site to have the FP 2002 SE

I am using FrontPage 2003. The web server has Server Extensions enabled and
I am publishing the change using the File -> Publish command.

The site was published with ALL files / pages being sent to the remote.

Thanks. Raman

FrontPage Server Extensions are enabled on the hosting site. The web site in
question is www.aolbrampton.com and the link bars are the links that appear
on the left side of the page and at the bottom.

Then open the online web site in FP and reapply the link bar style

Thanks. That should work, but for some reason it does not.

When I open the online website in FP and open the index.htm page, it
actually shows me the correctly formatted linkbar. It did allow me to change
the style once and save it - but it still did not show up.

Now, when I change the style and click on save, FP simply hangs and I have
to abort it after a while.

Regards, Raman
