Linkbar "Style" problems

I have a Linkbar with a set graphical style that I
applied. The style doesn't appear on frontpage in design
or preview mode. Even when I preview it in IE 6.0 the
right style that I have selected doesn't appear. A
different one does, though the animations do work. When
I publish my website (updaddy.com), the linkbar comes up
as lame underlined hyperlinks and there is no style
applied to my published page. Can anyone help me with
this?

The FP link bars applied w/ themes require running the site under the FP 2002 SE

I have FP 2003. How do I enable this?

You need to be running a local server w/ the FP 2002 SE to see them locally (see below) and your online host server needs to be
running the FP 2002 SE (contact them)

1) Download FP 2002 Server Extensions:

2) Download FP2002 Server Extensions Updates (and install in this order):
