Is there a way to programmatically change the
LinkChildFields?

My main form consists of 2 list boxes, an option group
with 2 radio buttons, and a subform. Depending on which
radio button is selected, the appropriate list box becomes
visible. I want to be able to change the link properties
based on the list box that is visible. Each list box has
a different row source.

Try this:

Me.[subform].LinkChildFields = "[field]"
Me.[subform].LinkMasterFields = "[field]"
