Linked Documents and Cube Issues

I have a number of questions that if you can answer them it would be greatly
appreciated.

1. Linked Documents – Once they are linked in Project Center is there
anyway for those documents to import along with your tasks into Outlook?
2. I would like to be able to limit people to see only the project(s) that
they are involved with. If I can, where do I go to do this?
3. When trying to build the cube, I keep getting this error message:

Analysis Services session failed with the following error: Failed to connect
to the Analysis Services server asrv0913. Error: Unable to connect to the
registry on the server (asrv0913), or you are not a member of the OLAP
Administrators group on this server.
===== Process Completed =====
[4/7/2008 11:00 PM] Failed to build the OLAP cubes. Error: Analysis Services
session failed with the following error: Failed to connect to the Analysis

We are using Project Server 2007 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000

Hi Daniel. In answer to your questions....
1. No
2. This is the default way the permissions work. Assign users to the right
groups for Project Managers and Team members and they will only see the
projects that they either own or are part of the project team. If you add
them to portfolio managers they will see everything. If you have modified
the default permissions then who knows.
3. You are best to google this and follow the zillion links on the subject.
Note that SQL 2000 is supported but not necessarily recommended, and I would
get your SQL DBA to look into this issue.
