Using PPT and Excel 2002 on the PC side of Parallels. Our analysts have been
copying the Excel tables and using Paste Special and pasting the tables as a
link.
now that we have a few analysts using a Mac with Parallels software, when
the PPT file with the linked table is saved, BAM, the table radically shifts
off the page and the white dots that act as handles on the table are twice as
large, as if the table only takes up half if the "image".
No idea why this is happening and we have tried to duplicate it. We are able
to duplicate the problem and, after an hour of just copy/paste/special/save,
it goes away.
We really need a concrete solution to this as it is the backbone of how all
of our analysts work at this firm.
